Max & Mike had a great time at the Dodge Amateur Nationals! Max had awesome results in his 65 classes. He won all his motos in his 65 classes. He had a 1,1,1 in his 7-11 open, a 1,1,1 in his 6-9 mod and a 1,1,1 in his 6-9 stock! He also did very well in his 85 classes. In the 85 7-11 mod he had a 4,1,8 for a 4th overall and in his 85 7-11 stock he had a 2,2,1 for a 1st overall. He was super stoked winning 4 out of 5 classes! So was his dad!!!
Mike ended the week with a 2nd in his 30+ intermediate and a 4th in his 40+ A/B class.
Our next national will be the Mesquite Winter Nationals and the Amateur Open Mx. In the meantime we will be practicing and racing locally in the Northwest.
Thank you for the support.
We have had a busy last two weeks! Max and Mike raced the Vurb Moto Classic at Oatfield Raceway and had a great time. Max got a 1st in his 65 7-9 class, a 1st in his 65 open and a 6th in his 85, 9-11 class on Saturday. On Sunday, he also got a 1st in his 65, 7-9 class, a 3rd in his 65 unlimited, and an 8th in his 85, 9-11. It was Max’s first big race on the 85.
The Labor day weekend we had Top Gun at Washougal MX Park. It was a three moto format and they had three full days of racing. Max took home a 1st in his 65 open, a 1st in his 65 intermediate and a 1st in his 85 junior classes. And his Dad did pretty good too.
Max is having fun riding his 85 and can’t wait to ride it at Hangtown for the Dodge Nationals.
